" JEU CONCOURS Sérélys OSTEO nouvelle formule "
ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST
Sérélys Pharma, dont le siège social est situé au 5 rue du Gabian, 98000 MONACO, souhaite organiser un jeu-concours intitulé « JEU CONCOURS Sérélys OSTEO nouvelle formule » dont les 3 gagnantes seront désignées par tirage au sort en suivant les conditions définies ci-après. Le jeu-concours se déroulera du vendredi 09 février 2024 12h au jeudi 29 février 2024 23h59.
ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION
2.1. The competition is free of charge and open to any person, resident in France or abroad, regardless of nationality, with the exception of all persons involved in the preparation of the competition.
2.2. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of the present rules.
2.3. The competition is limited to one entry per person. Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded.
2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules shall render the Participant's participation null and void.
ARTICLE 3 - PRINCIPLE OF THE COMPETITION/ENTRY PROCEDURES
This game takes place exclusively on the social network Instagram, on the dates indicated in article 1. Each participant must meet the conditions of the game in order to have a chance of winning the prize, i.e. the following conditions:

- Follow the Instagram account @serelys.fr
- Identify at least 2 people in the post comments
ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS
The Organizer will designate the 3 winners by random draw from among all those who have registered. A draw will take place on Friday March 1, 2024 at 11am.
ARTICLE 5 - PRIZES
3 lots of 1 box of 30 capsules of the food supplement Sérélys OSTEO nouvelle formule. That's 1 box of 30 capsules per winner.
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY AND USE OF PRIZES
The Organizer of the contest will contact the 3 winners by private message on Instagram and will inform them of the procedures to follow to access their prize. No mail will be sent to participants who did not win, only the 3 winners will be contacted. The 3 winners must reply within two weeks of this e-mail being sent, providing their full contact details. If no reply is received within two weeks of the private message being sent on Instagram, the winners will forfeit their prize and will not be entitled to any indemnity, endowment or compensation whatsoever. In this event, the prizes will be awarded to a substitute designated in the draw for the session concerned. Winners must comply with the present rules. Should they fail to meet the criteria set out in these rules, their prize will not be awarded and will be forfeited to the Organizer. To this end, participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, false indication of identity or postal address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer. The prize is to be used during the period indicated in accordance with the terms and conditions subsequently communicated to the winner. In addition, should the Organizer be unable to deliver the prize to the winners, for whatever reason, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, to which all participants agree.
ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY
The Organizer may not be held liable for the impossibility of contacting each winner, nor in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize in transit. Nor can the Organizer be held liable for any errors in the name, address and/or contact details provided by entrants. Furthermore, the Organizer declines all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or due to its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority. The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the contest, without incurring any liability. However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment which will be posted on the Site and sent free of charge to any person who has requested the rules in writing in accordance with the provisions of article 10 below. The Organizer declines all responsibility in the event of malfunctions preventing access and/or the smooth running of the contest, notably due to external malicious acts. The use of robots or any other similar means to participate in the contest, whether mechanically or otherwise, is forbidden. Any violation of this rule will result in the definitive elimination of the creator and/or user. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular computer fraud in connection with participation in the contest or the determination of the winners. In such an event, it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.
